Il prodotto è di buona qualità , solido e robusto, peccato per le istruzioni, i disegni non rispecchiano la realtà e sono soggette ad interpretazioni sbagliate, a mio avviso da rivedere.

Qualche intoppo ma molto soddisfatti

Ho acquistato un letto Samoa che è arrivato con un pezzo danneggiato, probabilmente a causa del trasporto (4 piani senza ascensore, corrieri poco delicati). Dopo qualche settimana ho ricevuto il pezzo di ricambio senza costi aggiuntivi. È stato semplice contattare l'assistenza, che si è sempre comportata in maniera professionale e gentile. Nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto sia di come è stato gestito il problema, sia del prodotto che è di alta qualità. Anche il prezzo pagato è stato molto minore di quello di un rivenditore di zona.

Bel letto. Ma mancano le istruzioni .

Il letto piace, ma due aspetti non sono stati al meglio del servizio. Il primo è un ritardo di 15 gg sui tempi previsti di consegna. Il secondo la mancanza di un manuale di montaggio: questo non consente di verificare la completezza dei pezzi e il giusto ordine di assemblaggio.
